 Turns out your pic is before - it was removed from a chicken farm in Lancaster by George Gudat where it had been sitting since the mid 70's. He returned the old racer to the track, winning several events, while keeping it mostly original. He then sold it back to the original owner who updated it to as you see in my pics.
