I would suggest taking a good thorough look at the car...maybe a nice cleanup/detail along with fresh mechanicals/tires would do the job. Survivor type cars seem to be very popular...a total resto will be expensive and time consuming.
It wouldn't bother me to drive a car with a few rust spots and bumps and bruises...adds to the cool factor. Post some photos when you can.. -wilma
