Charleston has really emerged as quite the foodie scene. "Husk" is a great place, as is "Fig", "Hominy Grill" and of course "Magnolias". There are many more, but those are all highly recommended. I assume you're a golfer if you're going to Kiawah and the Ocean Course is certainly a killer. Enjoy.
