I looked at this car a few weeks ago and spoke to the owner at length. As others have noted, the back half of the car is seriously roached. The owner knows his numbers and told me he verified everything to be matching and it does look very untouched. I was not serious about the car so did not take the time to verify anything myself. He also has a 68 GTX that was a local car since new. Drug it out of a garage where it had been since the '70's after a fender-bender with a motorcycle. Un-modified original for the most part, complete with Playboy mags from the '70's in the trunk!

No-sale last time around, I can't say I'm surprised. Will be interesting to watch the latest auction to see if the seller has come around on the reserve price:
