Flat Handle Yellow Dipstick 1968-1970

I am curious I have the same dipstick with same markings. I also have a flat yellow tipped that is exact measurements as this one. It has "Use SE Engine Oil" and a "M". on it. Any idea is this an older or newer version of yours.
