Actually the 67-8 Impalas, Chevelles, etc had the same four piston caliper design, and my 67 GTO has then as well, with 14x6 steel wheels, all from the factory....
They are not enormous calipers, but they infringe on the spoke area more than the later single-piston calipers do.
