Paul, the buildsheet for my '69 Z28 references dealer 218 zone 10. The NCRS paperwork is not available because my car was built during the black out period in which NCRS cannot retrieve information.

Pete - I don't know what it starts with? I bought the car from PA from the second owner who swore to me it was PA car its whole life. Apparently he bought it from the original owner? Any help in the selling dealer would be fantastic.
