The TI distributors did not have the number stamped on the body like the aluminum ones. Instead, the numbers were stamped in a metal band that was wrapped around the body of the distributor just above the mounting flange.
Once the band is removed, ID is difficult. I would guess the Corvette guys can tell you which cam went in which distributor. That, and the ball bearing vs. bushing, would be the best way to ID.
