Here are a few plates I have kept on my garage wall.

The first one I had on an 11-second street car I owned years ago.
The Z06 plate I had on a Corvette I used to do a lot of track events with.

The "AHP 062" came on a 62 Impala SS I bought years ago. The Seller told me he interpreted it as "A High Performance '62"
