For some reason I was under the impression that my budget would get me a decent car.

Just FYI, there is an L78 Chevelle on these forums for 13,000 OBO. I was in discussion on another 70 chevelle L78 for $8500. So I'm not sure.

Again, thanks for all the input. Only one way to figure it out is to get advice and start looking!
