Correct Tom! New paint, new bumpers,trim and emblems would really make that car look good. Pretty much all stuff available and fairly reasonable.
If there were no rust issues or dents I would not repaint it either.
Being the motor was rebuilt and some interior work was done, you can't really hurt it IMO.
