Not necessarily unless you specifically mean 9560 or 9561 as regardless of engine, couldn't a 9511 rear axle '69 'vert or some other Copo possibility exist that would need to be ruled out first?
Especially when talking '69 Camaros, it's easy to think of the ZL1 and L72 cars as THE Copo cars but other Copos were and/or could've been built that weren't 9560 and 9561's...just sayin'.
