Actually it is two cars. Yes - it was a Hemi boat he towed around with this car. The girl in the pic is Claudia - She was one of the Mopar "Direct Connection" poster girls. Pic was from the Nationals in Indy sometime in the 80's. Here is a pic of her now....signing that very pic! And another of her at the 2014 Nats. Still looks good!!
