Those look similar to Pro Stock Centerlines but they're not. Pro Stock Centerlines have a very unique angled countersink machining operation performed on the holes and are also riveted construction. The Nova wheels have had the rivets/bolts (usually plastic fakes!) removed from the smaller holes around the circumference.
