Yep, I used to hit High Street a few times a year in the early 90's. Sometimes it would take 20 minutes to go one block. One night it took a hour to get from rt 100 onto high street. Ahh, good times.

Sure was., As was Hatboro pa just outside of Philly. I used to go to both
