Not so fast. Changing my bet.
827 is Steve Burke Chevrolet, which bought out the old Scott Chevrolet. The guy that bought and ran it when Mr. Scott died continued to use the Scott name.

Makes sense that the dealer number stayed the same.

Will still check it out.
