VIN does line up with a June build.
I will let Kurt comment on the tag itself. But... those are not the factory rivets. At the very least the tag has been off the car. My understanding (and if I am wrong, someone please correct me, because I don't want to wrongly slam anyone) is that Mecum takes no steps to investigate <span style="font-weight: bold">anything </span>along the lines of authenticity, i.e. docs, pops, vin tags, trim tags, restamps etc.
