Also, You Canadian guys chime in, but a registered Canadian COPO should have its previous owners names readily available. My Canadian Pace Car came to me with the Ontario registration that included all previous owners listed back to 1969. A rare Canadian car without any previous ownership history is questionable IMO. Canadian documentation is an incredible plus - but the paperwork trail has to support the car.
