One thought have popped up in my mind.

Would these NCRS records be the ones that have circled around in the rumors for 25 years. You know the ones that has said that there are GM records available somewhere...

I don't believe so Jan.
The GM rumor docs were reported to have more details showing options,color &amp; trim.Carbon copies of the build sheets,P-O-P &amp; window stickers.
