Even a 70 caprice with a 350-300hp with a 1 legger 278 12 bolt???? Ill betcha that camaro only has a saginaw 4 speed in it. Muscle car? Grey area. Nice car thou.

Well since I consider my 65 a muscle car and the Z16 never came with a posi, the I guess I don't require one in my criteria though certainly prefer them. As for gearing, i guess it doesn't matter either since it is so application specific. I love my 88's and probably don't appreciate cars with 2 and 3 series gears as much as I should. A Caprice with a 4.10 open or posi would be cool but clearly less popular. Heck- I really seem to be focused on 65-69 cars so anything 1970 and up I just don't have nearly as much exposure to. Good questions Donnie. I had to think about it for a bit- especially the posi one.
