I am sure they printed millions of them and the 68 printing went into cars probably in the Summer of 69 still. But, who really knows? I have an 11D of 68 car and my manual says 1968 as I guess it should. My plastic envelope says 1-4-63. I owned my car since 2000 and the guy that had it before me owned it since 1991. He told me that all the stuff was in the glove box when he bought it and the same stuff still is in there today. I have seen the manual bags with the square key (69 models)on the front but mine does not have that. Wrong bag, right manual??

I believe that there were two or three editions. The one Ed seeks would be a first edition.
