After reading Jason's comments I feel compelled to mention another car show "pet peeve"...I have no patience for the folks who run around at each car show and handout flyers for 9 other car shows...they think it is alright to reach in through the window and leave their propaganda on your dash, seat or under the wiper blade.
This is the most rude and inconsiderate behavior in my opinion..only thing worse is when they assign the job to their 10 year old kids..then I really get going

Sometimes you just need to pull yourself out of the equation. A friday night, after a long week, after fighting traffic to get there in 90 deg heat, and then some kooks pushing your buttons .... No thanks.
After awhile you know where to go and how to spot "the guy" or "the family" thats going to make you twitch. I still think that the one true enthusiast that " gets it" makes up for all the kooks. I like when they ask what kind of Camaro this is.... Not a Supercar, not a Musclecar, not a Z-28, SS or even a RS ..... Just a plain old Camaro ,and they made thousands of them. It is what it is.....fun! I've meet some of my best friends at cruise in's .....You never know who the next kooks going to turn out to be. BIG |
