Although I have a '69 SS350 with a smog system my vacuum line goes from the back of the divertor to the front of my q-jet (see pic)

Now here is a link to some vintage pics of a '69 Z/28 with open element air cleaner to compare to. The same vacuum line runs from the back of the divertor,across the center of the valve cover to the front of the Holley carb...pics are black and whites (click on link below & scroll down)

The million dollar question is: Where does the &quot;tee&quot; go? I did recieve a white plastic vacuum tee with my smog pump hose kit but couldn't use it anywhere. Maybe someone else can chime in on where it was used. It may have been used on engine with a cowl iduction air cleaner...? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img]
Maybe someone can post some better pics on where it goes.

I currently own a 1969 Camaro SS350. Although the original drivetrain is long gone, this 4/speed car has a March '69 HC coded block with #041 heads. The transmission is an M20 Muncie #660 case and the rearend is a BS coded 12 bolt posi. Built in Van Nuys.
