I never met Pete, but I've read a log of great things about him.
My sincere condolences go out to his family and all those of you that knew him and are dealing with this loss.

We are speechless and deeply saddened.
Peter was always a first class gentleman and a true friend to us. Thank you for all the memories my friend! Our condolences and prayers to Vicky, Eric, Owen and the extended Simpson family. RIP Copo Pete Fred, Joanne, and Tony

Just a few days before Pete got ill, I talked to him at length about MCACN and the possibilities of him bringing his new Yenko Deuce to the show. I never thought that would be my last conversation with him. He was one of the GREAT GUYS in the hobby, and his family was always a pleasure to be around at the reunions. He will be greatly missed by all of us in Latrobe...BKH

I never met Pete either, but I feel a great sense of loss as he was a brother on this site, a gentleman and a warehouse of information. Deepest condolences to his family and friends.
