Firstgenaddict, Hit the nail on the head...
The grid has 6 boxes in a row on top and a row of 6 boxes below, top row is Jan. to June left to right, bottom row July to Dec. left to right, the dots are the weeks of the month that the case was cast... Hope this helps... Crash |

So why are the dots in three of the grid boxes, which should each be separate months.

Continued use of the same mold throughout the year?
Punch marks in the mold show up as dots on the case.
