Sam, you hit the nail right on the head! Long ago 56's 88's and 5.13's were common under a SBC to make them put the hurt on almost everything.On the street and set up right they were untouchable.Sadly the years of high rpm screamers have passed. I used to run a General Kinetics cam in my 327 with the 10's and it really needed the 88's under it to make it sing. When's the last time you heard a SBC at 7500 + sing on the street?
