Ppg has a specialty coatings brand that can be matched. I have had some great success with it on my dash and plastic parts. Most of the SEM products didn't even come close. Most vinyl and plastic products can be wiped with a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water. The plastics have to be wiped as well but an adhesion promoter needs to be applied before paint. A product such as bull dog works great!
