Hey Justin,
Welcome to the site! I'm sure that if this car has any history , you'll find an answer here. These guys are great. Your rear spoiler looks similar to mine on my 68 vette, just wider. I'm also going to guess that the headlights were fixed, or bucket. May have had clear covers over them? That is what I would have expected judging on the other mods done to the car. What part of Pa. did it come from? You'll have an unique vette when you are done and I'm sure you'll have a ball driving it! Joe Ps hope you find a job soon so you can spend all your money on this !
