I beleive different countries have different laws. Some are probably easier than others. I would contact our members from Sweden, as some of thier cars are now back in the states !! But I would try to get country specific info.

I have some friends with experience in S. America importing and exporting autos. If the car is there, I will gladly contact my friend and ask.
