Does your 67 have a console with that 3-speed manual, or is column shift? I've only seen one column shift manual 67 Firebird in my entire life!

I had a 96 Formula convertible (new), so I like your 97 WS6 too. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/beers.gif[/img]

cool car..i had a lemans w/ the sprint motor years ago...my buddy has two 67 birds in his shop right now that both are original paint..one vert and the other I believe was originally a sprint....is there anyway to tell from the numbers if it was a sprint or just a straight six?? besides the rocker chromes that are missing? it now has a V-8...

Other that the 6 or 8 in the VIN, there is no way of knowing if it was a sprint or 1bbl unless you had the original engine or a copy of the manifest.

Thanks, mine is a floor shift 3 speed, no console. I did see two cars last year that were 400ci, bench seat, column autos. Very neat!
