I probably posted this one before in this thread, but since we are talking early MSD, I really think this one is cool.
![]() I would guess this would be 1970-1973 vintage. I think I remember reading on another forum how the MSD company was looking to collect these old boxes as part of an Anniversary display. I think they were soliciting a trade for modern equipment and a lifetime warranty. |

That old gold MSD box is neat.
MSD still rebuilds some of the old boxes but there are some parts that are no longer available so if the part in yours is bad you might be out of luck. They can put in new digital guts but the wiring/hookups is newer in appearance |
