About 20 years ago I purchased a stock '67 Chevelle SS from this Columbus, OH dealer (Arena)....bought it the same day they got it in. It was a nice car but I remember they also had a '67 Chevelle Malibu L79 there at the time as well. I didn't know what an L79 was all about in those days but looking back would almost take it over the BB considering how few exist.

I don't remember a "Tony" being around in those days but they were a much smaller operation and had more musclecars vs. general stuff they seem to have now. I also remember they had a nice '69 red Chevelle SS L78. I remember it because it had the liquid dispenser option for the tires....forget the actual name for this but learned something new that day.

I am sorry, but anyone that hands out a bogus appraisal that can be taken to an insurance company for an "agreed upon" value policy is helping to perpetuate fraud. I don't care where you got your info, from the owner or his parents, you sign your name to a car that is not what you say and you are a crook. Let's not mince words.

(and not even a GOOD crook if you even looked at the car...Jeeesh)
