Hard for me to tell from the pics (it looks like it might be) but did you use the billet center driveshaft bearing support assembly?

Dad just went through a standard one in about 1,500 miles over the summer on the 62 409 car and evidenty the solution is the billet one.

Looks great - love to see it in person.
