Thanks Ray for your research.
I called a couple of times to try and get some info on the property. Finally got ahold of Richard who had me call his brother Greg. Seems like they own several properties on W.Pike and other than leasing some space in the rear part of the Yenko dealership (not showroom area) there was no interest in selling. He said that it was their retirement money(to sell) whenever that time came around.
The tax files show the purchase price @ $200K.
My take on that is that the 1.5 acre plot is worth $195K, because the structure is in such disrepair. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img] IMO & my $.02 worth.
