Default Re: Reliable is not to Reliable

this is from the other thread:

"I just went through a shipping quote process via internet search and deliberate (I knew the names I wanted to check with). I was - surprised - to find a DIFFERENT Reliable named company. When they called to followup on their quote, I thought they were the orange truck Reliable Transportation, they were not ... .

The REAL Reliable is known as "Reliable Carriers, Inc"

800-833-7411

they have 4 terminals: MI, CA, AZ and FL

they are a sponsor of this site and the ones I have worked with since the early 80's

I was confused when I was sorting through the calls and the results as the OTHER one is called "Reliable Auto Transport" their number is (800) 689-6498, their local number is (417) 257-2402

Just a heads up on the names of various companies

(FYI, the REAL guys came in 25% ABOVE most of the others, I chose to use a local that has been hauling for decades, Gary Boyse, he has a 3 car rig and I had 3 Camaros to be picked up in Monrovia):

Here is the thread:

Default Re: Reliable is Reliable Carriers Inc

Thanks for reminding folks of the name confusion Jim. I am using the site sponsor and am now into the second week of the "1-3 week normal delivery spread" and still have not been picked up. Not saying there is a problem, but I am obviously eager to see what kind of road kill is stuck in the wheel wells of a vehicle from Missouri.
