Chris at Rods Restorations & Customs does top notch work, and I would recommend him to anyone. He works on all of my Motion cars, and is finishing my '71 Z28 ZL1 Camaro right now. Oh, and BTW he will come and pick your car up and return it too. Give him a call 937-339-8229.

With the dollar almost at par, don't limit yourself to Ontario. There are very good and reputable places in the U.S. which you should consider.

You might want to give Sherry Custom Autos in Warsaw, Ontario a call. He has done the old rare stuff like Mercedes, Auburn and, More recently, several Marmon 16s. His restorations have gone to Pebble Beach and other big shows and they have been consistent winners. Once in a while he will bring a finished car across the river to the local Warsaw cruise night or if the weather isn't the best, he will have an open house at his shop for the cruise night people to walk over and see the projects. My pockets have never been deep enough for his level or work.
