YEP, John is right. The Hooker SC's fit fine. I know the tube size is a little large but they do fit easy with no dinging on my car.

I remember a book I had on setting up a crossram 302 with 140 cam and they recommended 1-7/8" to 2" headers because of of all the CFM from the carbs. The Stahls are best but I would run the 1-7/8" hookers if it was me.

A little to expensive for the street IMO. Remember they are going to be corked up most of the time. Not going to feel much difference with a restricted exhaust. Besides Jerry Mac and the Stock Eliminator boys are running a different brand of header this year. I forget the name he told me but it is an improvement over the Stahls. Even more expensive too. $36-$3,800 I think he told me.
