Default 69 Nova Shoulder straps

I like spray it with WD40 !!

We started to yank the interior today. The original owner may have subscribed to the Italian myth that throwing change in the car is good luck. There were several pre 1969 coins that had very sharp edges stuck deep under the carpet. A few other items that I will photograph as we go along.

As for a second set of seat belts for the shoulder harness, there is no sign they ever existed. So the occupants had the option of using lap or shoulder belts, but not both ?

anyone? I won't reinstall the shoulder straps if that is the case.

you should really install the shoulder belts if he is going to daily drive it, one good wreck his fault or a Mommy wacking him and him eating the wheel wont be fun.

Bud, I was told there would be a second seat of seat belt receivers that I would find under the seat. Not there. Should I try to acquire and install a set?

up to you, I wouldnt let me kid roll in one of these cars on a daily basis without holding them off the column if they crash. check out the repop belts I have been told there pretty good now or scope out ebay and Steves Nova site for some.

or find some out of 73/4 rig I think there all one piece by then?, belts are not going to kill the value but will save him if god forbid he tests them out.

old shoulder belts did have 2 receivers at the lap, kinda busy at the seat area, that's why most lost one receiver to the abyss under the seat.
