Ok, I was gonna say how in the heck did you find the original motor. So what is that TCS for exactly, I thought it was automatic only but maybe I'm thinking of the anti diesel solenoid. Isn't the L78 also supposed to have that fuel line support bracket that bolts up to that front carb mount stud? Looking good!

the 4 speed Z28 had the TCS switch, not sure why the L78 manual trans wouldn't either ...

My 70 SS L-48/4spd Camaro also has Transmission Controlled Spark, as does the L-34.

I cant recall which 70 Chevrolet doesnt have it ???
