Charley,
Did you take the JA around the track at Bristol? One of my friends took his car. He said they told everyone to stay behind the 'Pace Car', but it pulled off after one lap. He hit 70 MPH on the back stretch and exited turn four VERY close to the wall. Scared as H#ll, but all grins.

Nope. I figured they were laps at like 25 mph and by the time I heard they were letting you go faster they were sold out.

In our group I was the first car behind the pace car. The closer I got the faster he went We were hitting 90 in the straights and 80 in the corners
By lap 4 we had caught the last car in the group and slowed to 60
It was fun as h#ll!!!
But not nearly as intense as running the Tail of the Dragon the next day
