Good one Sam,
The kirby story reminds me of my BIL, Gordie. The knucklehead was home alone one day waiting for a knock on the door. The door bell rang, he answers and the guy at the door tells him he wants to demonstrate a "Kirby", and may he come inside. Gordie says "no come on around to the back gate and i'll let you in". Well the guy goes out to his car and brings in the box. Sets up the kirby on the back porch. Gordie says he looks in shock that the guy had pulled out a Kirby vacuum cleaner. WTF?? I thought you said Curbing!! Seems Gordie was home alone that day, waiting for a Contractor to come by and give him a quote for "Curbing" around his pool. He bought the damn kirby and had gotten his quote later that day for curbing. Moral of the story. If your sister introduces the family to a guy named Goride. Remember this story.
