FYI...I found the answere to my own question last week.
These shots are from a not messed with 68 Camaro. As I have suspected for some time most of the NOS Capacitors for sale now, like the picture of the one in my first post, do not have a long enough leed on the blower side to be installed as per the Assy. manual.
