Default Re: Winter Project, '67 Malibu

Reassembly is not progressing with this car as I had hoped. Can't install the new headliner until one of those plastic headliner bow clips arrives! Talk about hard to find! Plus we can't find the box of misc bolts, screws, and hardware I need to put the dash and the interior back together. Not the first time I've had to work like this, but we'll get it done sooner or later. But spring and summer car coming and I won't be going up to the shop as frequently.

Today, I just prepped and refinished some headlight buckets and the washer tank bracket. I'm STILL waiting for turquoise paint for the steering column.

Anyway, it was so warm outside today, we opened all the doors, did what we could, then washed our daily drivers.

Here's some of the more interesting stuff in the shop today.

'69 Chevelle and '69 Cutlass S! All are customers' rides.

The Cutlass is getting a new intake and carb.

This one has some serious bottom end noise and oil pressure issues.

I'm in a holding pattern, waiting on some parts. Some stuff arrived damaged.

This is a neat truck, just needs some TLC, air in the RF tire, and some paint.

Hope I can get something major done next Saturday.
