Many dealerships used a car paper wallet...approx. 6" x 10" that would hold the owners manual, invoice, warranty info, etc. They typically had the dealers name and car line logos...dealers still use them today.

I would shy away from the reproductions being that originals are often found on ebay.

Rick, here is a link to a folder that Classic has available. I actually sell these folders to some of my dealer clients...they are available blank. So, you could actually re-create the copy for a particular dealership and imprint on the blank folder. Just a thought...let me know if I can help.
