Don Allen Motors, Buffalo NY - Dealer Nameplates?

I have an NOS pen and sheath from that dealer. Seems he was a large dealer operating in New York city, Albany NY, Miami FL, Buffalo NY, Holyoke ?, Wilmington possibly DE or NC, Pittsburg PA, Stuart FL I believe, Charlotte NC, New Castle PA and Englewood possibly FL. The pen also has a big Chevrolet bowtie with "CHEVROLET" inside of it and "by Don Allen" Logo. Very cool piece. Very hard good angle on it for a pic.

That's a nice piece. I have one already, but it must be an older version than yours, as it has less cities listed on it (only NY, Buffalo, Albany, Pittsb., Miami). Do you know the year of yours? Jeff

Hi Jeff...Not sure of the date, My brother lived across the street from an widowed elderly woman and before moving into a assisted living facility she let them have boxes of doodads they saved throughout their lives. This was in western NY where I was also born so I would say they probably got it with a new car purchased in Buffalo. As many dealerships Don Allen owned I would think the emblem you need will be a little easier to find than most 1 dealership dealers. good luck on your search.
