I would like to thank the Yenko members who have sent $$ and parts to this project. Here is an update:

UPDATE:

The Nov. 17th work event for the Corporal Foster Iraq War Veteran Camaro was a tremendous success. Pics will be forth-coming.

With the help of 11 people, we managed to get the entire front subframe painted and assembled in a matter of about 5-hours !!!!!!! It was very heart warming to see the spirit and comradare' of everyone there. The subframe looks great, with contrasting colors, disc brake spindles, power steering gear box and all the rest in place. Excellent work by those that were there.


NEXT WORK EVENT

We will announce the next work date soon. At present, we are on hold until we round up some key parts----such as a diff, interior, etc. Plus, we will be on temporary hold as we await the car to be painted. Soooo-----stay tuned for more emails announcing the next event.


PARTS SPREAD-SHEET

I have had several of you call and ask what parts we still needed for the project. Attached is the updated spread-sheet. As you'll note, there are three tabs at the bottom. Click on each tab at the bottom and it will open a different spread-sheet. The primary tab is the parts list. You'll note that for some parts, we already have a donor, or we actually have the parts. However, those parts that do not have a name next to them-----WE NEED THOSE PARTS !!!!


Our greatest need right now is a 10-bolt 8.5 or 8.2 posi diff. We have several leads on some that we are working and will keep you posted if we find one.
