Here's a couple pieces of old footage on YouTube from the scene back in '57.. They're bagging the engine, loading in the Schlitz etc...looks like they were busy dealing with the water problem even then too?.

Take a good close look at the original car trim and any options you can note...when the car is unveiled and if any swapping has happened, betcha' they'll miss something noticable?.

I doubt they pumped the cylinders/crankcase full of grease/oil or did any real long-term storage preparations either so there's no possible way this thing can fire up unless tampered with...there's probably a better chance the Schlitz still tastes Ok!.

I'm sure that new car smell is long gone too!
