Ignition lock cylinders and coding service

I ran into a vendor at Carlisle years ago who specialized in lock cylinders, keys, etc. I "think" his name was Jaspers(?) but I can't find any contact info on him (no web site).
He had NOS uncoded cylinders that he would code to your original key (or from the number on the original cylinder). Can anyone provide me with his contact info, or anyone else who can do the same?
