Default Door Panel/Power Window help

I'm am getting to the end of my nut and bolt restoration and I have a few quick questions I hope someone can help me with. I built a completely correct 69 yenko clone and I just want to make sure everything I do is correct. So, I have gotten to installing my door panels (deluxe interior) and I do not know where to mount my power window switch so that it is correct. There is a knock out in the back of the door panel for a window crank but not for a switch. Is that knock out what I am supposed to use? Rear side panel location? Also I do not know where to route my window relay so that it is right, or how to route the power window wires behind the kick panel. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as I'm a few short weeks from finishing this thing and this is turning out to be a real headache.
Thanks,
Rich
