I believe the recall Jim is refering too came out in 1970 so I believe the part would be good for any car that did not follow through with the second recall. .(???).Anyone??

My 67 RS had the cable recall when I bought it.

Sure is a neat item. Rare as well. Most of them probably ending up in garbage dump when the other recall came out.
